  • This is not just a program.
    This is a revolution.
    A reclamation.
    A divine awakening.

For too long, the stories of Black and Indigenous women have been silenced, erased, and distorted. We’ve been told what we are, how we should be, and how our bodies and our narratives should function within the confines of systems that were never built to honor us.

    But no more.

This 6-week live program is designed to ignite your sovereignty, to help you reclaim the stories buried deep within your ancestral roots, and to restore your connection to the wisdom of your womb, your body, and your sacred creativity.

Every week, we gather in sacred circle, holding space for your full, unapologetic emergence into who you are meant to be. This is a journey of healing that begins in the body, resonates in the spirit, and culminates in the reclaiming of your divine birthright—your creative and ancestral power.

Each week, we will explore a theme designed to empower you in your healing journey, offering tools that you can integrate into your daily life and carry with you as you continue your path of personal liberation.

  • Week 1: Opening the Portal – Ancestral Reclamation and Embodied Healing

You’ve been made to forget the ancestors. Forget the wisdom in your bones, the strength in your blood.
    But today, you remember.

    • We gather to open the portal of ancestral memory, to call upon the wisdom that runs deeper than time.

    • We don’t just teach. We call. We invoke. We heal.

    • Your body holds the keys. Your womb, your skin, your spirit hold the blueprints of all that you need. We’ll show you how to listen.

Week 2: The Power of Story – Reclaiming Your Narrative

You’ve been told your story is not worthy. That your pain is too much to bear. But no more.
Your story is sacred. And it is yours to rewrite.

    • We’ll teach you how to take the pen back. How to write yourself into the story that has been stolen from you.

    • Liberation is the act of telling your truth. Of stepping into your power without apology. Of naming your wounds and your victories.

    • Together, we’ll build the strength to speak, to write, to create the world we deserve.

    • A radical writing workshop where your voice becomes medicine.

Week 3: The Womb – Sacred Healing, Empowerment, and Creativity

They tried to make you forget the power that resides in your womb. They tried to break it, shame it, bury it.
But your womb is sacred. It is a gateway. It is power.

    • Healing your womb is not just about releasing trauma—it is about stepping into your divine creativity, your divine sensuality, your divine power.

    • In this workshop, we’ll reconnect with the sacred, the holy, and the wild. Your womb holds the history of everything you are and everything you will become.

    • We’ll teach you practices of womb healing, not just as a place of birth, but as a source of power.

    • And then, we’ll reclaim the dance of the divine feminine. Movement that heals. Sacral Flex™.

Week 4: Creative Reclamation – Embodying the Divine Feminine through Art

Art is revolution. Art is our rebellion. Art is our way of being seen when we’ve been invisible for too long.
    Create your own revolution.*

    • Creativity is the ultimate act of sovereignty. When we create, we claim. When we make art, we assert our right to exist.

    • Through collage, poetry, dance, or music, we will create together. We will make art from our healing.

    • Storytelling becomes art. Movement becomes art. Sound becomes art. We will paint our liberation, and we will sing it into existence.

    • Together, we’ll explore how to use art to embody and honor our most sacred truths.

Week 5: Radical Self-Love and Liberation – Embracing the Fullness of Your Being

You’ve been taught to shrink. To hide parts of yourself that are too much. But your fullness is the revolution.
It’s time to love yourself the way your ancestors always knew you could.

    • Radical self-love means embracing all of you—the parts that have been broken, the parts that have been shamed, the parts that are still healing.

    • We’ll teach you the art of ritualized self-love, grounding yourself in unapologetic power.

    • Let go of all the narratives that tell you who you’re not. Reclaim your right to shine, speak, love, be.

    • Through guided self-love rituals and practices, we will burn the lies and build your confidence from the ground up.

Week 6: Healing through Sisterhood – Collective Empowerment and the Future

We heal together. We rise together. The revolution is not one, it is all.

    • Healing is collective. The future we are building requires all of us, in our fullness, to show up for one another.

    • We close this journey by honoring the power of sisterhood. Together, we will lay the foundation for a future built on community, shared wisdom, and collective liberation.

    • In this final week, we create our collective vision of healing, revolution, and power.

    • And we’ll leave here changed, ready to take this healing into the world and share it with the future.

  • 1. Who is this program for?

This program is specifically for Black and Indigenous women who are ready to reclaim their stories, their wombs, their healing, and their divine creativity. It’s for women who are ready to step into their sovereignty, who want to heal intergenerational wounds, and who are eager to tap into their ancestral power. If you’ve felt the call to heal, create, and rise together in community, then this program is for you.

    2. What can I expect from the program?

You can expect six weeks of deep, transformative healing and reclamation. Each week, we’ll gather for live sessions that include powerful teachings, sacred workshops, embodied practices, and collective rituals. We’ll cover topics such as:

    • Reclaiming your body and womb wisdom

    • Connecting with ancestral stories and traditions

    • Sacred resistance and rebellion

    • Healing the collective wounds of Black and Indigenous women

    • Embracing your divine creativity and sovereignty

It’s a space where you’ll be seen, heard, and supported by a sisterhood of like-minded women.

    3. When will the program take place?

The program will run over the course of 6 weeks, beginning on April 16, 2025, with weekly live sessions every Wednesday evening at 7 PM EST. If you’re unable to attend a live session, all sessions will be recorded and available to replay at your convenience.

    4. What happens if I can’t attend all the sessions live?

No worries—life happens. Every session will be recorded, and you’ll have access to replays, so you can catch up at your own pace. You’ll still be able to participate in all the practices, teachings, and rituals, even if you can’t attend every live session.

    5. How will the sessions be delivered?

The sessions will be hosted live on Zoom. Each week, you’ll receive a link to join the live session, and you can also access the recorded session afterward. We’ll also provide supplemental materials such as worksheets, guided meditations, and other resources to deepen your practice.

    6. What is the commitment required for this program?

The program requires a weekly commitment of approximately 90 minutes for the live session. In addition to the weekly sessions, we’ll invite you to engage in the practices and rituals outside of the live calls—journaling, creating, and reflecting—as part of the overall journey. This is a commitment to your healing, creativity, and sovereignty.

    7. What if I am new to spiritual practices, healing work, or storytelling?

This program is for all women, whether you are new to these practices or deeply experienced. The teachings, rituals, and workshops will meet you where you are. You don’t need to be an expert—just bring your authentic self, your willingness to learn, and your openness to the process.

    8. How is this program different from other wellness programs?

This program is rooted in the lived experiences of Black and Indigenous women. It centers ancestral wisdom, creative expression, and collective healing in ways that acknowledge and honor our unique histories, struggles, and triumphs. The work we do here is not just about individual healing—it’s about community, sovereignty, and reclaiming our divine birthright. Our focus is on embodiment, empowerment, and resistance, helping you step into your full, unapologetic self.

    9. Do I need any special tools or materials for the program?

You’ll need a journal, a quiet space for reflection, and an open heart. We may also invite you to create simple tools for rituals (such as candles, herbs, or personal items), but nothing is required that you don’t already have or can easily gather. The work here is about your energy, intention, and commitment.

    10. Can I join if I’m not able to commit to the full 6 weeks?

While the program is designed to be a transformative experience over the full six weeks, we understand life circumstances may arise. If you’re unable to attend the full program, we encourage you to join anyway, as the material will still be valuable to your healing and growth. We offer replays of all sessions, so you won’t miss out on any teachings or practices.
